"He prepares a table for me in the presence of my enemies." Psalm 23:5

We would prefer that He make a table for us in the absence of our foes, in His presence, or in the presence of family and friends. But He prepares a table for us in the presence of our enemies! They're not seated at the table but instead of watching you fall, they watch you feast. Instead of watching you go under, they have to watch His goodness running over, in your life, from a distance.
